FIG

FIG

Also known as Figus Carica, the fig is a "fruit" receptacle that contains hundreds of small fruits that are commonly called pips.

Figs are widely appreciated and used for consumption in several countries as puree for confectionery, fresh, dried, tinned or crystallized.

We are blessed with ideal tropical climate conditions for its ideal growth and careful supervision of soil nutrient balance for optimal fertility.

Very perishable fruit, figs do not last more than 3 days in the fridge when mature. Carefull selection and proper handling techniques guarantee a longer lasting freshness period for our fruits.
